1. **General** — These terms apply to all orders placed via noka.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. NØKA Drinks B.V. is registered in the Netherlands and sells alcoholic beverages exclusively to persons aged 18 and over.

2. **Age Verification** — The sale of alcohol to persons under 18 is prohibited under Dutch alcohol law. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. NØKA may cancel orders if age cannot be verified.

3. **Orders & Pricing** — All prices are in euros and include VAT. Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. **Shipping** — Standard delivery within the Netherlands takes 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

5. **Returns** — All sales are final, unless the product arrives damaged. In that case, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@drinknoka.com with photographic evidence.

Wat is Premium Alcoholic Water?

Waarom bevatten jullie natrium en kalium?

Trinatriumcitraat en kaliumcitraat helpen de smaakbeleving voller en evenwichtiger te maken. Ze helpen bitterheid te verzachten, brengen de fruitige aroma's beter naar voren en zorgen voor een frisse, gebalanceerde afdronk.

Is NØKA koolzuurhoudend?

Ja. NØKA bevat een lichte bubbel voor een frisse en toegankelijke smaak.

Hoeveel alcohol en calorieën zit er in NØKA?
